We had a great stay at this hip new hotel. the venue was fairly clean with a marvelous and unique location in town and updated rooms. - We truly enjoyed rooms with 2 double beds. - the staff was nice and kind and always on disposal. - In general, the service was great. - Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too.

My room had central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave oven, and the atmosphere was peaceful.

The room was spacious and had a great TV and Wi-Fi. The hotel was conveniently located just a short cab ride away from downtown, making it easy to access key locations. Additionally, the breakfast provided was quite good and the breakfast area was attractive with multiple TVs.

The walls in the hotel were not soundproof at all, which made it difficult to sleep with noise from neighboring rooms. In addition, the pool was on the small side and could use an update.

I got charged more then I was quoted for "amenities" that I never asked for, and it wasn't on my bill til check out and that they charged me twice the amount for the rooms as well. Went on a trip and ended up not having enough money to spend in it and they never offered to fix it I had to demand things to be taken care of.

Inconsistent housekeeping service, with one day being missed completely and another day only receiving minimum effort. Some cleanliness issues in the rooms, including dirty carpets and mold spots on the bathroom ceiling.
